Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment for an Oil & Gas Alert Pro subscription. If the service doesn’t work for you in your first week — you get your money back, period.
How to Request a Refund

After 7 Days
Beyond the 7-day window, refunds are at our discretion. However, you can cancel anytime via Settings or the Polar customer portal:
- Cancellation stops future renewals immediately.
- You keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period.
- No further charges are made.
Processing & Timing
Refunds are issued by Polar Software Inc. (our Merchant of Record) to your original payment method. Processing on Polar’s side completes within 5 business days; your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
Renewal Refunds
If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a new period, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that renewal, no questions asked.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if there is clear evidence of abuse, such as:
- repeatedly creating accounts to claim multiple 7-day refunds;
- chargeback fraud (claiming a refund through your bank after we’ve already issued one);
- violation of our Terms of Service.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under EU Directive 2011/83/EU; our 7-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to this right, which you do not waive by subscribing.
