Job Description: Hydraulic Fitter (Contract – 3 Months) Position Title: Hydraulic Fitter Employment Type: Contract (3 Months) Location: Bibra Lake Pay Rate: $50 per hour About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Fitter to join our team on a short-term contract. This role will involve maintenance, assembly, installation, and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assemble, install, and repair hydraulic systems and components Perform routine maintenance and fault-finding on hydraulic equipment Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings Diagnose system faults and implement effective solutions Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and procedures Conduct testing and commissioning of hydraulic systems Maintain accurate service and maintenance records Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines Requirements: Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade) or equivalent Certificate IV in Engineering or related field (preferred/required) Proven experience working as a Hydraulic Fitter Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Desirable Skills: Experience in marine, industrial, or heavy equipment environments High-risk work licenses (if applicable) Strong problem-solving ability Contract Details: Duration: 3 months Hourly Rate: $50 per hour Immediate start preferred Recruiter : [email protected]
