More about us This role offers an opportunity to work within a developing and increasingly critical area of the Supply Chain organization. What you will do Ensure timely delivery of materials by actively monitoring purchase orders and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders Provide best-in-class support to assigned vendors, maintaining strong relationships and serving as the main point of contact for delivery-related matters Detect operational issues and collaborate with Vendor Performance Leads and internal teams to drive improvements in end-to-end vendor performance Work closely with all key stakeholders to resolve purchase order or purchase requisition and vendor concerns Educate vendors and key internal stakeholders on ExxonMobil systems and processes, while identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and support broader materials operations as needed About you Skills and Qualifications 1+ years of experience in similar roles Bachelor's degree in: Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade or similar degrees. Outstanding communication skills, proactive initiative to engage vendors (via phone vs. email) and build relationships Problem solving and prioritization of tasks Collaboration skills and ability to manage cross-functional interfaces, both locally and remotely, and promote corporation-first outcomes Ability to adapt to quickly changing operational needs; thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains positive behaviors Your Benefits An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
