Line up Operator(Nationals Only)

Qualifications & Experience: Education:Technical education; Work Experience:Work experience in similar role within oil and gas industry Knowledge of Languages:English (intermediate), Azerbaijani (fluent). Other Skills/Certificates Required: Capability to apply and promote safety, the safe working practices and environmental protection; Understanding of the correct use of Permit to Work system; Capability to promote the wear of the protective equipment; Capability to operate the line up station equipment, transferring cars and conveyors; Capability to operate the clamps in J Lay Tower Assembling Station; Search for opportunities to increase and improve own know-how and competencies. Curiosity and anorientation for learning expected. Responsibilities: Carry out all the pipe movements and the fit up operation on the prefabrication area, line up stationand the assembly of J lay tower station; Operate the equipment in a safe manner following the HSE procedures Operate the pipe line conveyors and transfer cars in the Double Joint prefabrication area; Operate the clamps for the fit up in the J lay tower assembling station; Operate the support pipe rollers and transfer cars in the line up stations; Report any equipment malfunctioning to the mechanic department; Ensure that the green and red light are applied according with the work phases; Operate the ILUC and its winches; Participate in the Tool-Box Talks and Job Safety Analysis; Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmentaland Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements; Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor
