Provide leadership to the Engineering Department and the FEED Engineering Contractor. Ensure adequate technical expertise is available to perform technical reviews of deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors. Pursue economical design optimization. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, HSE guidelines, and best practices. Coordinate and interface with other Technical Departments, Business Units, Operations, and contractors/consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure quality engineering execution and integrity
