Construction Manager

Wood Process & Energy is looking to recruit an experienced Construction Manager to support a major EPCm Framework contract for a key client based in Ayrshire, Southwest Scotland. This role is supporting a significant portfolio of capital projects within a highly regulated manufacturing environment and, as such, demonstrable experience delivering construction projects within GMP-regulated facilities is essential. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have successfully managed construction activities in Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Batch Chemical, or similar manufacturing industries, where maintaining operational continuity, quality compliance, and safety standards is critical. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary construction teams and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget, while working within live production environments. Experience of managing construction activities that interface with manufacturing operations, validation requirements, and GMP compliance processes will be highly valued.
