Intermediate Expeditor

Wood is currently recruiting for an Intermediate Expeditor to support procurement and project delivery across our Projects Canada portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment in line with project schedules and contractual commitments. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, procurement teams, and project stakeholders to proactively manage risks, monitor performance, and maintain supply chain efficiency The Role The Intermediate Expeditor will manage expediting activities for purchase orders, ensuring supplier compliance with delivery schedules and documentation requirements. This includes identifying potential delays, coordinating recovery actions, and maintaining accurate reporting to support project execution. You will play a key role in maintaining supply chain performance, minimizing disruptions, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and commercial requirements Our Clients and Projects Designing the future.
