Field Services Supervisor - Permian

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise, mentor, and support field service technicians, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead by example in both technical execution and professional conduct. Coordinate and oversee field service activities, including installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure proper system installation and commissioning. Review and approve service reports, maintenance logs, and field documentation for accuracy and completeness. Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while on-site. Manage team scheduling, time reporting, and expense tracking. Serve as a primary point of contact for the sales group, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS ​​High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or vocational training preferred. ​10 years of field service experience in ESP systems. ​Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. ​Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. ​Ability to work independently and lead teams in remote field locations under varying conditions. ​Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
