Quantity Surveyor for Piping and ElT discipline Location: Nantong, China Chinese local nationals preferable Responsibilities: Implementation of Welding Integrated Tracking System (WITS) for piping pre-fabrication and erection activities Ensure all the reports are recorded in the WITS for Fit-up Reports, Welding & Visual Reports, Inspection Request, PWHT and NDT Reports c) Collect QC Inspection records information/results to be entered in WITS in line with applicable Project WITS procedure Prepare Quality Reports and Progress Monitoring Reports Preparation of detailed Quantity take-off as per IFC drawings for progress monitoring, re-emasurable accounting quantity and project cost forecasting Preparation of Itemization as per IFC drawings in accordance with the ENGG Construction Item List (CITEL) for Progress Measurement Site verification of the quantity installed for preparation of the Weekly Progress Measurement (PROM) Evaluation of Subcontractor Monthly Work Progress Accounting claims and process as per Accounting COLAV Support Subcontract Dept for the evaluation of CWO and NP, if any in term of Technical aspect and Quantities in accordance with the Contractual documents
