What you’ll be doing As an Indirect Lubricants Technical Coach for B2C consumer, you are responsible for all technical part on portfolio development, sales support, aftersales and KA BD: Portfolio Development: Track and analyse industry technological trends to extract actionable insights Develop technical RTB (Reason to believe) frameworks and compelling brand storyline Lead road trial, benchmark product test and comprehensive performance analysis Create technical label copy and product specification content Sales Support & Enablement: Build sales presentation deck and standardized training materials Deliver technical training sessions for sales teams and distributor partners Provide technical input for Merchandising and all marketing materials Aftersales Technical Service: Deal with quality issue and customer technical complaints, together with external 3rd party and internal stakeholders including LSC, technical hotline and distributors Key Account Business Development: Support sales team on top KA hunting, training and aftersales issue Livestreaming Technical Support: Provide technical guidance for Shell Helix livestreaming campaigns from technical perspective What you bring Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or Science related major, minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences In-depth automotive aftermarket industry knowledge and hands-on experience Comprehensive understanding of B2C business models, prior experience in B2C sales or B2C technical coaching is highly preferred Excellent oral and written presentation skills Good oral and written English What we offer You bring your skills and experience to Shell and in return you work with talented, committed people on one of the most important challenges facing our planet.
