Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership across multiple veterinary hospitals, ensuring consistent standards of care and regulatory compliance
Mentor and support veterinarians through coaching, feedback, and in-clinic guidance
Partner with operations leadership to align medical quality with hospital performance and workflow efficiency
Support the development and rollout of clinical protocols, best practices, and quality initiatives
Review medical records and performance data to identify areas for improvement
Act as a resource for complex cases, client concerns, and professional challenges
Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of veterinarians
Facilitate ongoing learning through mentorship programs and professional development initiatives
Build strong relationships across hospital teams and promote a collaborative, supportive culture
Maintain an active clinical schedule (approximately 3 days per week)
Travel regularly within the region to support teams on-site
