Corporate Strategy Planning Department Manager

Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of the company's corporate strategy and long-term business plans. Facilitate annual strategic planning and budgeting processes in collaboration with business leaders. Develop, implement, and monitor enterprise-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Manage and continuously improve the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework across the organization. Analyze business performance, identify strategic opportunities, and provide recommendations to executive management. Drive corporate performance management, governance, and reporting to ensure organizational objectives are achieved. Coordinate cross-functional strategic projects and monitor execution against agreed milestones. Support executive decision-making through data-driven business analysis and strategic insights.
