Lead the overall corporate Human Resources function and provide strategic HR partnership to senior management. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and corporate governance. Drive organizational development, change management, and culture transformation programs. Develop competitive compensation & benefits strategies and oversee HR policies and procedures. Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services across the organization. Build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.
