Hse Manager

Lead the development and execution of Health, Safety & Environmental strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Ensure full compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations, company standards, and international best practices. Drive a proactive safety culture through leadership, coaching, training, and employee engagement. Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions, and preventive initiatives. Monitor HSE performance through KPIs, audits, inspections, and reporting. Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and senior leadership to improve HSE performance. Manage environmental compliance, waste management, emissions monitoring, and sustainability initiatives. Lead emergency preparedness programs and business continuity planning. Manage external audits and maintain relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
