Product Manager (Contract) ? Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ? Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension) ? Working Arrangement: Hybrid (60% Office / 40% Remote) About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Product Management professional to join its team on an initial 6-month contract with possible for extension. This role will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive product initiatives, manage delivery, and support strategic objectives across a global environment. The ideal candidate combines strong product management capabilities with project management experience, technical understanding, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Key Responsibilities Manage and support product initiatives throughout the product lifecycle. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product and project objectives. Drive stakeholder alignment and manage expectations across multiple regions. Translate business requirements into actionable plans for technology teams. Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and project deliverables. Support Agile ways of working and continuous product improvement. Requirements ? 6–8 years of relevant experience in Product Management and/or Project Management ? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field ? Proven experience in: Product Management Project Management Stakeholder Management Technical/Product delivery environments ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Experience working with global and cross-functional teams ? Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage Working Hours Flexible working arrangement: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM May be required to work outside standard office hours to support stakeholders across: UK India Australia New Zealand Europe Why Join Us?
