Senior & Principal ICSS Engineers Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands Contract Duration: 12 Months (Renewable) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Start Date: August 2026 Role Overview Airswift is supporting a leading engineering organization in the search for experienced Senior and Principal ICSS Engineers to support a major offshore deepwater development project. This position will be responsible for the design, integration, testing and delivery of Integrated Control & Safety Systems (ICSS) across project execution phases. The successful candidate will bring extensive offshore control systems experience and a strong understanding of complex production facilities. Key Responsibilities Deliver ICSS engineering activities throughout FEED, detailed design and project execution phases. Develop and review control system architectures, functional design specifications and technical documentation. Support integration of DCS, ESD, SIS and Fire & Gas systems. Coordinate technical interfaces with multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers and contractors. Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning and start-up activities. Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards and safety regulations. Skills & Qualifications Degree in Electrical, Automation, Control Systems or related Engineering discipline. Minimum 10 years of Control Systems Engineering experience. Strong experience with Integrated Control & Safety Systems (ICSS). Hands-on experience with major platforms such as Honeywell, Emerson DeltaV, Siemens PCS7 or equivalent systems. Strong knowledge of DCS, ESD, SIS and Fire & Gas systems. Experience supporting offshore production facilities, FPSOs, offshore platforms or deepwater developments. Previous offshore project experience is essential. Experience Requirements Senior ICSS Engineer 10+ years of Control Systems / ICSS experience. Proven track record delivering offshore engineering projects.
