Salary & Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $50 - $60 per hour + super on all hours! 2/2 FIFO roster offering excellent work-life balance Initial 6-month contract with the opportunity to secure a permanent position based on performance Fortnightly pay through NES Fircroft's online payroll system Ongoing support from a dedicated NES Fircroft consultant Opportunity to be considered for additional site opportunities across our client portfolio Access to future contract and permanent opportunities through NES Fircroft's extensive client network About You Previous experience as a Process Operator within processing operations Experience operating and monitoring fixed plant equipment Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence Ability to work effectively in a FIFO environment Current Australian work rights and relevant mining certifications The Role Operate, monitor, and optimise plant equipment to meet production targets Conduct routine inspections and identify operational issues Work across various fixed plant processing areas within the operation Maintain high safety standards and comply with site procedures Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to maximise plant performance Apply / What Happens Next Does this sound like the job for you?
