Role Overview Mentor Community Affairs field staff on hydrocarbon resource overview and relevant legislation. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with laws. Interface with Operations, Lands, Security & Environment to address landowner issues. Provide functional support to Field Teams for effective Community Affairs operations. Skills & Qualifications Extensive knowledge of hydrocarbon resource law. Understanding of local government systems. Skilled negotiator with experience in landowner negotiations. Strong contract administration skills. Leadership and influencing capabilities. Creative problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a virtual multi-cultural team environment. Self-starter with results orientation. Education & Experience Tertiary qualification (Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree) in relevant fields such as social anthropology, communication for development, or community development.
