Site Hr Manager
Lead and manage all site-based Human Resources activities, ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategies and business objectives.
Act as the key HR Business Partner to the Site General Manager and departmental leaders.
Develop and execute workforce planning, manpower budgeting, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
Lead recruitment activities for site-based positions and ensure timely workforce mobilization.

Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary investigations, conflict resolution, and compliance matters.
Ensure accurate implementation of compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee administration.
Monitor HR metrics, prepare workforce reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Support organizational change initiatives, transformation programs, and continuous improvement projects.
Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and site practices comply with company standards and applicable regulations.
