Electrical Project Managersite Manager

Responsibilities
Lead and manage all on-site electrical construction and installation activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in line with customer expectations.
Coordinate and supervise site teams, electrical contractors, subcontractors, Field Service Representatives (FSR), safety personnel, and site administration staff.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower utilization, material availability, equipment readiness, and site constraints affecting project execution.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including MV/LV switchgear, transformers, E-House solutions, protection and control systems, and related power distribution equipment.
Review and follow up on method statements, work permits, inspection and test plans (ITP), punch lists, commissioning activities, and site reports.
Ensure all electrical works are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, project procedures, and applicable safety regulations.
Attend and lead site coordination meetings with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders.
Identify and escalate potential project risks, delays, technical issues, and commercial impacts to the Project Manager.
Support project planning, resource allocation, and site execution strategies to achieve successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in
Electrical Engineering

Minimum 7â10 years of experience in site management, project execution, or construction management within electrical infrastructure, power distribution, industrial, or data center projects.
Strong experience in MV/LV electrical installation, switchgear, transformers, substations, E-House solutions, power distribution systems, or data center electrical infrastructure.
Proven experience managing electrical contractors, subcontractors, and commissioning activities on complex projects.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under project deadlines and manage multiple site priorities.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
