Regional Chartering Voyage Operations Lead

Role: Regional Chartering & Voyage Operations Lead Location: Pangbourne Contract: 12 Months Start: ASAP Key Responsibilities : Lead regional chartering and voyage execution activities. Manage vessel scheduling, nominations, loading and discharge operations. Optimise vessel utilisation, freight efficiency and capacity management. Coordinate with terminals, ports, brokers, ship owners, agents and marine service providers. Manage demurrage, claims, delays, operational disruptions and associated risks. Support TSA transition activities, governance processes and operating procedures. Ensure compliance with HSSE standards, marine regulations and sanctions requirements. Deliver operational insights to support network optimisation and freight strategy. Ideal Candidate : 8-15+ years' experience in shipping operations, chartering or voyage management. Strong background within tanker, lubricants, chemicals, oil & gas or bulk liquid shipping. Proven experience managing voyage execution, scheduling, demurrage and claims. Strong stakeholder management across brokers, vessel owners, terminals and marine service providers. Experience within oil & gas, lubricants or chemical shipping environments highly desirable. Exposure to TSA transitions, carve-outs or large transformation programmes advantageous. Experience using voyage management and chartering systems preferred.
