 Role Summary Support the learning function by delivering safety and compliance training initiatives, managing learning performance data, and providing insights to improve learning effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement through analytics, stakeholder engagement and learning programme optimisation. Key Responsibilities
Align learning activities with business goals and safety & compliance requirements.
Analyse skills and learning data to support decision-making and programme design.
Manage learning plans and support access to learning solutions and systems.
Gather feedback and evaluate learning effectiveness and behavioural change.
Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Provide advice and recommendations based on learning data and trends.
Support cross-functional projects and learning initiatives.
Promote professional development and learning engagement across the organisation.

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in Learning & Development, Data Analytics or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in Learning & Development, Data Analytics or a related field.
Experience supporting learning programmes and performance analysis.
Knowledge of safety and compliance training environments is beneficial.
Experience measuring learning impact and ROI is advantageous.
Key Stakeholders Skills Performance teams, Learning Delivery teams, P&C Operations & Advisory teams, business stakeholders, and external learning providers.
