Learning Delivery Advisor – Safety & Compliance Details Location: Pangbourne Start Date: ASAP Contract length: 12 months Travel requirements: 10% (potentially more dependent on business needs)   Role Summary Support the learning function by delivering safety and compliance training initiatives, managing learning performance data, and providing insights to improve learning effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement through analytics, stakeholder engagement and learning programme optimisation. Key Responsibilities Align learning activities with business goals and safety & compliance requirements. Analyse skills and learning data to support decision-making and programme design. Manage learning plans and support access to learning solutions and systems. Gather feedback and evaluate learning effectiveness and behavioural change. Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Provide advice and recommendations based on learning data and trends. Support cross-functional projects and learning initiatives. Promote professional development and learning engagement across the organisation. Key Skills Learning & Development Data Analysis & Reporting Performance Measurement Project Management Stakeholder Management Communication & Presentation Learning Technologies Continuous Improvement Customer-Centric Thinking Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Data Analytics or related discipline, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Data Analytics or a related field. Experience supporting learning programmes and performance analysis. Knowledge of safety and compliance training environments is beneficial. Experience measuring learning impact and ROI is advantageous.
