Position:         Senior Contract Engineer – Plant Operations Location:        Milan, Italy Duration:        Long term - multi-year contrat posiiton Company:       Oil & Gas Major Orion Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Contract Engineer – Plant Operations on behalf of our international energy client. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts & Procurement professional to take ownership of high-value maintenance and operations contracts, supporting major international oil & gas assets. Responsibilities include: Developing procurement and contracting strategies. Managing complex tendering and commercial bid evaluations. Leading contract negotiations and Recommendation to Award (RTA) processes. Drafting and administering technical service contracts. Supporting contractor performance management and contract renewals. Working closely with operational stakeholders to ensure commercial and contractual success. We're looking for professionals with: 10+ years' Contracts & Procurement experience. Strong background in Plant Maintenance & Operations contracts . Oil & Gas or Energy industry experience. Extensive tendering, contract negotiation and supplier management experience. International project exposure. Excellent commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
