Senior Mine Geologist Open Pit

Provide senior geological support to an open pit gold mining operation Manage and optimise grade control activities to support production targets Complete ore block design, ore spotting and dig planning activities Conduct geological mapping, interpretation and data validation Support mine-to-mill reconciliation processes and identify improvement opportunities Work closely with Mining, Planning and Processing teams to optimise ore recovery Maintain geological models and support short-term production planning Assist with QA/QC processes and continuous improvement initiatives Mentor junior geologists and support geology technicians
