Industrial, Economía, Administración o afines Deseable prácticas y/o formación en Compliance, control interno o riesgos Ms Office a nivel avanzado Idioma de ingles a nivel avanzado. FUNCIONES Colaborar en el diseño, desarrollo y comunicación de los planes de formación y campañas de sensibilización para los distintos países que componen la regional. Colaborar en la implementación de los cambios normativos que correspondan en los distintos países de la regional. Colaborar en las distintas evaluaciones sobre la idoneidad y efectividad del Modelo de Compliance Colaborar en la preparación de reportes para las distintas áreas, comités, países, comisiones o responsables que corresponda en cada caso. Colaborar con las áreas involucradas en la función de Compliance: Unidades de negocio, Auditoría, Control y Riesgos, Control Interno, funciones corporativas, etc. Colaborar en la implantación de las medidas que correspondan para asegurar la trazabilidad y actualización de la documentación de soporte de los programas de Compliance en tiempo y forma.
