Senior Engineer, Cost Estimation

Essential Requirement: • Cost Estimation: Develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for Conceptual/Pre-FEED/FEED projects by analyzing project specifications, scope, and engineering information. • Review the Pre-FEED/FEED cost estimation from contractors and consolidate for overall project costs. • Risk Assessment: Identify and assess cost-related risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure cost predictability. • Prepare and present cost reports and analysis to project teams and management, JVPs and PETRONAS. • Benchmarking: Stay updated on industry cost trends, benchmarks, and best practices to ensure competitiveness. Qualifications: • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry. • Experience with cost estimation for Conceptual, Pre-FEED and FEED. • Strong teamwork and communications skills. • University degree (or similar qualification) in Engineering. • Fluent in oral & written English.
