Provides administrative support including diary management, facilities management, travel bookings, events, reception duties, and other such activities, and in doing so enables the organisation to successfully commercialise its CCS and new energies portfolio.

In role, you will be required to:
Â
Provide highâquality, confidential executive support to the MD and Leadership Team, ensuring effective dayâtoâday operations
Manage complex diaries, prioritising commitments and resolving conflicts proactively
Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation and logistics
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion
Responsible for day-to-day facilities management of the DevCo office
Assist with planning and coordination of events, meetings and offâsites
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity
Anticipate executive needs, identifying issues and proposing solutions before they arise
Support administrative processes such as expenses, approvals and workflow coordination
Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative systems and ways of working, including the adoption of new technology
Any other associated duties as reasonably required

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, we are looking for:

Proficient in the MS Office suite including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Familiar with legacy Spirit Energy systems is desirable
Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable
