Process Operator

Operate and monitor Ethylene and/or Polyethylene plant processes safely and efficiently. Perform both field and DCS (Control Room) operations during normal plant operation. Monitor process parameters and make adjustments to maintain safe and stable plant performance. Support plant start-up, shutdown, and process upset recovery activities. Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with Maintenance and Technical teams. Conduct routine plant inspections, record operating data, and report abnormalities. Carry out equipment isolation, issue work permits, and follow approved operating procedures. Ensure compliance with all HSE policies, SOPs, JSAs, and company procedures. Maintain housekeeping standards and participate in safety meetings and audits. Complete shift handovers accurately and maintain production logs. Assist during plant turnarounds, maintenance activities, and commissioning when required. Work collaboratively with the operations team to achieve production, quality, and safety targets.
