Junior Plant Operator/Driver

What You Will Do: Responsible for the assembly, inventory and inspection of all products Operate overhead crane as needed Operate a three-axle rod hauling truck as needed Operate a field fusion welding truck as needed Loading of full transport reels and unloading of empty transport reels onto/ off of transport trailers Communicate with the Edmonton facility regarding inventory levels Stamp Pro-Rod accessories Assist Senior Operators in the maintenance of equipment Housekeeping duties Fill out appropriate paperwork Assist in monthly and quarterly inventory counts Other duties as required Pre-Employment Requirements : Drug and alcohol testing Fitness-to-work testing Drivers’ abstract Position Details: Permanent Full-time Mainly working day-shift operations, with overtime as required Weekend or night shift may be required dependent on customer needs Travel to customer sites Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience working with mechanical assembly and service Experience working with machinery and power tools Preferred Qualifications: Valid class 3 driver’s license with a clean record Valid class 1 driver's license with clean record Ability to read blueprints Schlumberger Canada Limited is committed to workplace diversity and employment equity and supports initiatives to enhance employment opportunities for local workforces and Indigenous Persons.
