Material Coordinator

Coordinate the receipt, storage, issuance, and movement of materials to support site operations. Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to meet operational requirements. Maintain accurate inventory records and material transactions within the ERP system. Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure timely material delivery. Perform inventory reconciliation, stock verification, and cycle counts. Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and inventory control processes. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while maintaining data integrity. Prepare inventory reports and support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
