About You
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information discreetly
Comfortable managing calendars and scheduling interviews
Experience or interest in HR processes such as onboarding and compliance
Job Role
Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation activities, including medical and compliance checks
Support the HR and Recruitment teams with administrative tasks
Schedule interviews and manage calendar bookings
Book meeting rooms and coordinate team calendars
Provide general HR administrative support to ensure smooth operations
