About You
Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or within a PMO setting
Strong planning, scheduling, reporting, and document control skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, HR, or equivalent practical experience
Job Role
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects and programs
Assist with project budgeting, resource planning, and approvals processes
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and performance updates
Monitor project performance across financials, schedules, and quality requirements
Ensure compliance with project governance standards and assist with audits and reviews
