Polish Power Market Originator

I am currently looking for the Polish Power Market Originator that will be responsible for leading the origination and commercial activities in Poland focused on corporates and utilities, including PPA, GoO and RtM negotiation and manage the signed agreements during their life. Salary: 20.000 - 25.000 PLN gross Type of employment: Contract of employment Additional information:  Hybrid work Customer type:  B2B (company clients) Required languages:  Polish & English - fluent Responsibilities: •    Build and maintain relationships with corporates, utilities and other key counterparties. •    Originate, negotiate, and close short- and long-term commercial power contracts for solar, wind and BESS projects. •    Support Route-to-market strategy, RfPs, and partner selection. •    Provide market and regulatory insight related to PPA and Polish Power markets to develop new products and sales strategies. •    Support to the Head of Power Markets in the negotiation of different Offtake strategies (PPAs, RtM, GoO, Energy auctions, participations in ancillary services markets, etc). Requirements: •    Engineering degree or economical degree. •    Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the sale of electricity and PPAs origination specifically with corporate clients in Poland, with an established and demonstrable network of contacts within the Polish energy consumer sector. •    Strong track record of closing contracts and negotiation successfully •    Advanced knowledge of technical, economic and regulatory aspect of the Polish Power markets. •    Knowledge of the renewable power generation technologies. •    Proactive, entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset. •    Fluency on Polish and English languages, both written and spoken. Other languages will be a plus.
