Job Purpose T ariff Process Ownership & Collaboration Own the end‑to‑end tariffs and duties workflow, maintaining documentation and ensuring consistent execution. Collaborate closely with Finance, Logistics, Global Trade, Procurement, and Subsea/Surface teams on tariff‑related activities. Act as the primary U.S. owner for all tariffs & duties reporting across the organization. Job Description Reporting & Dashboard Management Prepare, update, and publish monthly Tariffs & Duties Reports for Subsea Projects, Subsea Services, and Surface. Produce mid‑month updates using partial broker data. Prepare project‑specific tariff breakdowns for various business units. Maintain, refresh, and enhance Power BI dashboards used for tariff reporting. Align dashboard totals with financial statements to ensure the data ties to what is booked in the P&L for Customs & Duties accounts. Ensure data models reflect the latest broker datasets and Snowflake tables You are meant for this job if: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (required). 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, customs/tariff analysis, or import compliance (required). Experience with Subsea, Surface, or manufacturing environments (preferred). Experience working with broker data, trade compliance, or logistics systems (preferred). Experience with Power BI and Snowflake (preferred). Ideal Candidate Profile Highly detail‑oriented with strong ownership of data quality. Comfortable working with complex datasets and incomplete broker information Skills
