We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy Engineering team working within the UK's growing High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) sector.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative environment where you'll play a key role in supporting engineering teams delivering major power transmission and infrastructure projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative activities while acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Organise team meetings, workshops and events
Prepare agendas and take accurate meeting minutes
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Support the planning and delivery of internal and external training sessions
Prepare and maintain team dashboards, reports and tracking documentation
Coordinate procurement of IT equipment, mobile devices, PPE and office supplies
Support onboarding activities for new starters
Provide general administrative support to the wider Engineering team
Build strong working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders across the business
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant or Administration role
Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a range of stakeholders
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams
