22827 - Construction Structural Superintendent

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Structural Superintendent to lead and coordinate all structural construction activities on-site. This role plays a key part in ensuring that works are delivered safely, on time, and in line with quality standards. You will be responsible for supervising site operations, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with HSSE, quality, and project requirements across all structural works. Key Responsibilities Oversee and ensure all structural construction and commissioning activities meet approved plans, specifications, and schedules. Supervise daily site operations, including workforce, materials, and equipment usage. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule adherence. Enforce HSSE regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment. Lead site inspections, testing, and verification activities for structural scope. Manage scope changes and ensure smooth integration into execution plans. Maintain accurate records including progress, HSSE, and quality reports. Lead, mentor, and develop construction supervisors and site teams. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline Strong experience in construction and commissioning, particularly within structural disciplines Exposure to hull/topsides, modularized facilities, or fabrication yard environments is an advantage FSO/FPSO?related project experience is a plus
