Planner

Develop and maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans to ensure safe and reliable plant operations. Prepare detailed work packs, job plans, labor requirements, material lists, and equipment schedules. Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure resources and materials are available prior to work execution. Plan and schedule maintenance shutdowns, major overhauls, and turnaround activities. Monitor work progress, analyze schedule performance, and identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency. Maintain accurate planning and maintenance records within the CMMS/ERP system. Support continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing maintenance strategies, planning processes, and equipment reliability. Ensure all planned activities comply with HSE standards, company procedures, and operational requirements.
