Contract Manager Mandarin Speaker

Lead the administration and management of EPC and construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle. Provide contractual advice to project teams, ensuring compliance with contract terms, commercial obligations, and company policies. Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, amendments, variations, and claims. Manage contractual correspondence and maintain accurate contract documentation. Support contract risk assessment, dispute avoidance, and commercial negotiations. Coordinate with project management, procurement, engineering, legal, and commercial teams to resolve contractual matters. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders, including Mainland China contractors. Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual deliverables are achieved. Prepare contract reports and provide commercial recommendations to senior management.
