Data Modeler

As the Data Modeller, you will be responsible for defining the conceptual and logical design of a unified HR data model spanning multiple current and historical source systems. You will analyse source systems, define key business entities and relationships, document business rules and lineage, and provide implementation-ready modelling artefacts for Data Engineering teams to build and operationalise. This role is focused on data modelling, architecture, governance and business alignment.
