Hiring: Head of Handover & Completion – Data & Reporting Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar Office: Site Office Industry: Oil & Gas / LNG Contract Duration: 36 Months Work Schedule 100% Onshore Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF 6 Days per Week 8–10 Hours per Day About the Role We are seeking an experienced Head of Handover & Completion – Data & Reporting to lead the end-to-end digital data, reporting, analytics, and governance function for a major LNG megaproject in Qatar. This is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing a robust digital ecosystem supporting Handover & Completion activities through enterprise reporting, data governance, dashboard development, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will drive integration across SCDB, Data Lakes, contractor systems, Power BI, Power Apps, and enterprise platforms while ensuring a single source of truth for project completion data. Key Responsibilities Lead the Data & Reporting Strategy for Handover & Completion. Establish and govern data quality standards, policies, and compliance frameworks. Oversee development of enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and executive reporting. Drive integration between SCDB, Data Lakes, contractor systems, and enterprise platforms. Lead implementation of Power Apps and digital workflow automation initiatives. Deliver advanced analytics and strategic insights to project leadership. Manage data architecture, ETL processes, data pipelines, and system interfaces. Standardize reporting processes across EPC contractors and stakeholders. Develop and lead high-performing Data & Reporting teams. Champion innovation, digital transformation, automation, and AI-based solutions. Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy LNG data governance and cybersecurity standards. Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences. Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas/LNG projects. Experience across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Systems Completion. Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Previous experience working with Operators, EPC Contractors, or Service Companies.
