Multi-Skilled Operator II [C] Duration: 12+ months Location: Kermit, TX Rotation: 8/6 Position Overview Airswift is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operator II this opportunity is suited to candidates with practical operations experience across production equipment, well operations and routine maintenance support. Key Responsibilities Carry out well operations across gas lifted wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression, control board operation and pipeline operation. Prepare for and perform maintenance activities, including taking readings, completing rounds, issuing work permits, following procedures and initiating work requests. Provide minor maintenance support on valves, pumps and rotating equipment, while assisting operators and craft personnel with operational duties. Monitor well and equipment performance proactively and take appropriate action to help maximise production. Work with support teams to optimise chemical pump rates based on production data, including corrosion, paraffin and soap injection activity. Support engineering data gathering requests and track test compression data. Conduct fluid level checks using an echo meter. Write procedures and support routine operational documentation as required. Qualifications & Experience Preferable: Intermediate-level experience, typically 3–5 years. Preferable: General working knowledge of systems, terminology and procedures used within the department. Preferable: Experience performing routine operational tasks within a production or operations environment. Preferable: Ability to solve problems and make basic decisions in day-to-day operations.
