Project Controls Specialist Brisbane CBD Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH) 12-Month Casual Contract (likely to extend) Join a major gold mining project and play a key role in driving project performance through effective planning, cost control, forecasting, and reporting. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist with a broad project controls skillset to support project delivery and provide accurate performance insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project Monitor and analyse project costs, progress, and performance Prepare project reports, forecasts, and performance metrics Support project governance, change management, and risk processes Provide schedule and cost insights to support project decision-making Ensure project controls data is accurate and up to date About You Proven experience in Project Controls on major projects Advanced proficiency in MS Project Strong capability across planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and reporting Experience tracking project performance against established baselines Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills Mining, resources, or major projects experience highly regarded Important This is not a Planner position.
