I&E Specialist III

Job Title: I&E Specialist (Construction) Location: Notrees, Texas Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Specialist with a solid background in construction within the oil and gas industry. This role is responsible for supporting and overseeing field construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate I&E construction activities across assigned projects Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time and within budget Conduct field inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements Review and approve or reject construction work based on established criteria Collaborate with contractors, field teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables Identify and resolve construction issues and field conflicts in a timely manner Support budget tracking and cost control efforts Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of field activities Stay current with industry best practices, construction methods, and emerging technologies Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in I&E construction within the oil and gas industry Strong understanding of construction principles, standards, and safety practices Experience with field inspections, commissioning support, and contractor coordination Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications Work Conditions Local candidates preferred No per diem, mileage, travel allowance, or rental car provided Mancamp accommodations available if required
