Oversee all aspects of financial management, including FP&A, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and etc. Lead the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and systems to support business growth and risk management. Responsible for cross-border tax planning and tax structure. Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard business operations and regulatory compliance. Liaise with key external stakeholders and group leadership to align financial objectives with broader business goals. Drive financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and investor communications. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Maintain high standards of reporting quality and transparency Finance team management and development.
