Learning Systems Specialist

Administer and continuously improve the SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment Troubleshoot system access, functionality and service issues Lead issue triage and risk mitigation for LMS-related problems Coordinate with internal and external technical support teams Complete User Acceptance Testing for SAP upgrades and system changes Support LMS reporting, data accuracy, audit and assurance activities Identify system and process improvement opportunities Develop user guides, onboarding materials and system communications Educate employees, leaders and instructors on LMS processes and functionality Support broader People Systems and change initiatives Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
