Job Role - Senior/ Principal MEP Engineer (Building Services)
Verbal and written communication in English is mandatory
Strong Experience-
8–15 years of Mechanical Building Services Design experience
Strong HVAC Design background
Commercial/Residential/Mixed-Use project experience
ASHRAE & NFPA knowledge
GCC/Middle East project experience
Responsibilities:
Support and deliver mechanical design packages for building services projects
Work on HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems
Ensure designs comply with international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, BS) and local authority requirements
Contribute to sustainable design solutions, including energy-efficient systems
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors
Prepare and review technical deliverables
Support project delivery from concept through to commissioning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
8–15 years of experience in mechanical building services design
Good knowledge of international standards and local authority requirements
Experience working on building projects (commercial, residential, mixed-use)
Strong coordination and communication skills
Middle East experience preferred
