HSE Manager

HSE Manager We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager for a freelance contract role supporting industrial project activities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across project operations Ensure adherence to relevant HSE legislation, standards, and best practices Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Develop and implement HSE procedures and policies Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed Provide HSE guidance and support to project teams and contractors Requirements: Proven experience as an HSE Manager within industrial or engineering environments Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and compliance frameworks Ability to manage site-based HSE activities independently Fluency in German (required for communication and reporting) Relevant HSE certifications (e.g. NEBOSH or equivalent)
