Under general supervision, ideal candidate performs repairs, routine checks, and troubleshooting on Horizontal Pumping Systems - HPS. Provides instruction and technical support to customer personnel in the proper handling and operating procedures of HPS. Will be responsible for tracking and maintaining preventive maintenance, repairs, alignments, and basic vibration analysis on HPS units. Prepares paperwork to include detailed service reports and forms. Trains and coaches new hires in basic principles. Ability and willingness to travel out of town when required. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Maintain mechanical performance and cleanliness of truck used in transportation to and from the field. Qualifications High school or similar education is required and 4+ years of experience in artificial lift operations. Performs basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required. Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required. Preferred Skillsets Rotary alignment Experience Vibration Analysis Centrifugal Pump / Artificial Lift Mechanical / Basic Electrical Experience Basic Computer Skills Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
