Overview We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
to support high-volume recruiting operations. This role partners with Talent Acquisition Advisors, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates to deliver an efficient hiring process and exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interviews, calendars, travel, and onsite logistics across multiple locations.
Serve as the primary candidate contact, providing interview details, status updates, and next steps.
Initiate and track background checks, drug screens, and onboarding requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow updates in
SuccessFactors
.
Prepare interview and onboarding materials and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Support recruiting events, reporting, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, HR Operations, or a related function.
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with
SuccessFactors
or a similar ATS.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience supporting recruiting operations within manufacturing, industrial, utility, energy, or multi-site organizations.
Experience coordinating large-scale hiring or onboarding efforts.
