Lead Clinical Research Coordinator Melbourne, VIC | Full-Time Evolve Scientific is partnering with a leading clinical research organisation to recruit a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator . This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse or Pharmacist looking to combine hands-on clinical trial coordination with team leadership and site oversight. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of clinical trials from start-up through to close-out. Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, enrolment, and follow-up. Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate study documentation and data quality. Liaise with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and key stakeholders. Support site operations, mentor staff, and drive process improvements. About You AHPRA-registered Nurse or Pharmacist. Proven experience coordinating clinical trials. Strong understanding of GCP and clinical research regulations. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Previous leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded.
